Block 92109 is about creating a community in Pacific Beach where people feel connected, where coworking happens alongside wellness, and where members come together to make a difference. Members-based, backed by health and wellness, with a twist of luxury boutique living apartments above. We are not competing with anyone in PB. We are building a space for the community to come together, cowork, recover, and grow.
The Evening
By invitation only.
Block 92109 is a private preview, capped at a very small, intimate group of Pacific Beach leaders. Bites and mocktails will be provided by our event sponsors. Address and arrival details will be shared with confirmed RSVPs. Come ready to share your honest perspective on what Pacific Beach needs. That is the only thing we are hoping for from this evening.

Taellor Hack is a commercial real estate advisor based in Pacific Beach, San Diego. She sits on a team called IOS Chicks, based out of Arizona and San Diego, servicing clients nationally. The team works across every commercial asset class, with a specialty in industrial outdoor storage. Block 92109 came to her off-market and she is the broker on the buy, tenant rep, and landlord rep sides of the deal.
